Alex began his journey in the construction industry at a young age, working alongside his father in real estate management and maintaining family-owned properties. Throughout high school and college, he worked part-time with his uncle, specializing in high-end hardscaping and excavation projects in the Greater Pittsburgh area. With two years of coursework in Civil Engineering and a degree in Business & Enterprise with a focus on Marketing, Alex transitioned to a company specializing in structural concrete, steel, post-tensioning, and specialized restoration for supported structures. Over five years, he honed his skills in estimating, project management, and building relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and engineers.
In October 2022, Alex joined GGC as a Project Manager. Since then, he has earned NASCLA and ICC-F11 certifications, along with several state and local licenses across the United States. He appreciates GGC’s strong, family-oriented culture, which offers growth opportunities for all team members. "I find great fulfillment in witnessing the transformation of empty spaces into beautifully designed, functional facilities that have a positive impact on local communities," Alex reflects.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, three young children, extended family, and friends. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, hiking, traveling, watching sports (GO STEELERS!), and exploring local cuisine.
