The GGC project management team specializes in leading the project from preconstruction turnover to final project closeout.  Focus is shifted to planning, coordinating, and executing the project in accordance with the job specific requirements and constraints. Our project management team works closely with our clients to achieve project goals and objectives and develops a working relationship built on regular communication and collaboration.
